(2) patients with metastatic prostate cancer resistant to drug or surgical castration and who have been treated with Docetaxel. The recommended dose of ZYTIGA is 1,000 mg (4-250 mg ingot) orally once daily, combined with 5 mg of prednisolone or prednisolone orally twice daily.
