特殊人群：儿童 :尚未确定本品在儿童患者的安全性和有效性 。老年人 :无确定性的差异 ，但不能排除某些年个 体有更大敏感性。有肾受损患者 :轻度至中 度肾受损患者无需调整初始剂量。尚未评估严重肾受损 (Ccr<30m]/min ) 和肾病终末期患者。有肝受损患者 :轻度或中度肝受损患者无需调整初始剂量 。尚未评估严 重肝受损 ( Child-Pugh 类别 C) 患者。

Special Population: Children: The safety and efficacy of this product has not been established in pediatric patients. Older adults: there is no deterministic difference, but it cannot be ruled out that some age groups have greater sensitivity. Patients with renal impairment: Patients with mild to moderate renal impairment do not need to adjust the initial dose. Patients with severe renal impairment (Ccr<30m]/min) and end-stage renal disease have not been assessed. Patients with liver impairment: Initial dose adjustment is not required for patients with mild or moderate liver impairment. Patients with severe liver impairment (Child-pugh category C) have not been evaluated.

哺乳期：XTANDI不适用于哺乳女性，因为尚未知晓Enzalutamide是否分泌进入乳汁。但是有很多药会分泌进入乳汁，且XTANDI会对胎儿造成伤害。因此服用此药的女性需要在停止哺乳与停止用药之间做出选择。

小儿使用：XTANDI在小儿使用中的安全性与有效性尚无数据。

老人使用：在一项800人的随机临床试验中，71%患者超过65岁，25%患者超过75岁，实验结果并未观察到与年龄相关的整体疗效与安全性差异。

肾损伤患者：没有专门针对XTANDI用于肾损伤患者的试验。基于人口的药代动力学分析，数据来源于转移性趋势难治性前列腺癌患者及健康志愿者的临床试验。试验结果显示，轻度到中度肾损伤患者(30毫升/分钟肌酐清除率89毫升/分钟)与正常肾功能的患者没有明显差异。

肝损伤患者：一项专门针对XTANDI用于肝损伤患者的试验显示，轻度到中度肝损伤患者(30毫升/分钟肌酐清除率89毫升/分钟)与正常肝功能的患者没有明显差异。

 Patients with liver injury: A trial specifically designed for XTANDI in patients with liver injury showed no significant difference between patients with mild to moderate liver injury (30 ml/min creatinine clearance of 89 ml/min) and patients with normal liver function.
