泰国乳胶床垫制作工艺流程

乳胶床垫制造工艺，主要通过乳胶质料--配料--发泡--灌浆--烘烤--成形--水洗(国内一般厂都不做这个动作)--品检--出货几个流程。

别的还有一种出产方式叫无限长流水线，直接做成一卷一卷的卷料。

无限长的天然成分较低，国内看到最好的是占50%天然乳胶。一般国内厂大概只有10%~15%乳胶。

另一种是Talalay，Talalay 弹性也是最好的，但也最软，亚洲人不太习惯太软的东西，别的在抗菌防螨这一块我一直对Talalay抱著置疑的态度，由于它是全人造胶。

乳胶床垫的天然液体乳胶原材料，基本上都来自于森林区域，这些区域是高温、高热的，以东南亚的泰国、印度尼西亚、马来西亚和越南等国家为主要来源地。乳胶床垫“天然”的发源地和出产基地就是这些区域。接近原材料产地东南亚国家，价格优势比较明显。可是，相对较低的工业水平，薄弱的技能研发和实力，因而，出产的乳胶床垫产品品质一般。

乳胶床垫价格决定因素，乳胶床垫“贵”在乳胶内芯，它在95%的程度上决定了乳胶床垫的品质和价格。而目前，在国内乳胶床垫商场上，知名品牌的产品多有着“海外的内芯”。这种“一边倒”的商场状况，源于国内外乳胶床垫出产前史、技能和工艺的严重不平衡。这一现象在很大程度上，增加了消费者购买乳胶床垫的“门槛”：在价格、认知和选购三方面增加了难度。
