Antihistamines and antipyretics should be taken at least 30 minutes before POLIVY if not prescribed beforehand. The initial dose of POLIVY should be administered for more than 90 minutes. Monitor the patient's reactions related to infusion during infusion and observe at least 90 minutes after completion of the initial dose. If the previous infusion is well tolerated, subsequent POLIVY doses can be administered as a 30-minute infusion, and patients should be monitored during and at least 30 minutes after the infusion.
