白血病用药——加拿大米哚妥林有哪些副作用？

Novartis Rydapt(midostaurin) was officially approved for use in combination with chemotherapy therapy in newly diagnosed FLT3-positive patients with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). This is the first targeted therapy in combination with chemotherapy for acute myelogenous leukemia, and the first major breakthrough in leukemia treatment in 25 years. Rydapt, an oral multi-targeted kinase inhibitor, works by blocking several enzymes that promote cell growth, including Flt3, and was therefore developed for the treatment of AML patients with FTL3 mutations. Patients with FLT3 mutations detected in their blood or bone marrow may be considered for treatment with Rydapt in combination with chemotherapy. Midlotholin is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients and upper respiratory tract infections.

Middoctoline is also approved for use in adult patients with certain types of rare blood disorders (progressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis associated with hematologic tumors or mast cell leukemia). Common side effects in these patients included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, edema, musculoskeletal pain, abdominal pain, fatigue, upper respiratory tract infection, constipation, fever, headache, and shortness of breath.
