　　卵巢恶性肿瘤的病因仍不明确，可能与以下因素有关：①遗传因素，尤其是家族中有卵巢癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌、结直肠癌等患者时，亲属卵巢癌的发病风险可能增高。②内分泌因素，如初潮早、无生育史等。

　　卵巢上皮癌多见于绝经后女性，而恶性生殖细胞肿瘤多见于青少年或年轻女性。

　　1.症状

　　(1)卵巢上皮癌

　　早期多无明显症状，约70%患者发病时已是晚期，晚期患者的常见症状如下。

　　腹胀：主要因肿物增大或合并腹、盆腔积液导致。

　　腹痛：卵巢恶性肿瘤可能由于肿瘤内的变化，如出血、坏死、迅速增长而引起一定程度的腹痛。

　　消瘦：晚期患者可伴有体重下降。

　　(2)卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤

　　卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的症状与上皮癌有所不同，早期即出现腹部包块、腹胀，常可因肿瘤内出血或坏死感染而出现发热，或因肿瘤扭转、肿瘤破裂等而出现急腹症表现。其中60%~70%的患者就诊时属早期。

　　2.体征

　　(1)盆腔包块：卵巢恶性肿瘤双侧生长者占75%，而卵巢良性肿瘤双侧者仅占15%。

　　(2)腹腔积液：虽然卵巢良性肿瘤如纤维瘤亦可并发腹腔积液，但卵巢恶性肿瘤合并腹腔积液者较多。
